Profile Overview
K. Raguraman holds an International Accreditation as a Certified Transactional Analyst and is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the organizational field, accredited by ITAA, USA. He is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a TA101 Instructor, with experience facilitating workshops at both national and international conferences.
He serves as Secretary & Counsellor at Asha Counselling and Training Services and as Vice President (Research & Development) of the South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts (SAATA). He is also a co-creator of Karl Kübel Foundation, Coimbatore.
Raguraman is a Certified Psychodrama Director, Master Coach, and has specialized certifications in Applied Counselling Skills, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt Therapy. With over 27 years of professional experience in counselling, coaching, training, and development, he actively facilitates:

As a trainer with the Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global organization for leadership development, he has conducted impactful programs on Personality, Leadership, Business, and Faculty Development across schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
In addition, he is a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Professional, blending technical and behavioural expertise to help individuals and teams achieve greater productivity and foster positive work environments. He has also served as a visiting faculty at MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises).
His leadership journey includes serving as President of TA Study Circle, Coimbatore, Past President of Jaycees Coimbatore Indcity, and Zone Editor of Zone 17, JCI India.
Over the years, Raguraman has trained more than 16,000 entrepreneurs, executives, faculty members, supervisors, employees, teachers, parents, and social workers, while also counselling and guiding thousands of students. He was also a member of EBFF (Eric Berne Fund for Future), International Transactional Analysis Association, USA.
